Brian has a passionate desire to see Canadians follow Jesus particularly in Next Generation, Quebec & Francophone, Aboriginal, Newcomers and Urban Centres.

Urban Missionary with Mission Canada
Ejay Tupe
Ejay is an urban missionary with Mission Canada and has been positioned in the downtown core of Toronto since 2007. In this role, Ejay has served in multiple ministry environments while living in one of the downtown east neighbourhoods. He has been serving marginalized people since 2005 and believes that relationships and holistically assisting vulnerable friends are how people heal and transform. Ejay is active in community work serving his neighbourhood in tangible and meaningful ways through advocacy, partnership and volunteerism. His main mode of ministry is to share the love of Christ daily with neighbours and friends, new and old, rich and poor, in whatever context he finds himself in.

Bob Cameron
Bob Cameron is the director of the Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative, a faith-based mission to enhance the wellbeing of life in the downtown parish. Bob is a community builder and pastor at heart with an active vision to promote good neighbouring.

Kim Court, M.S.W., R.S.W.
For the past 25 years, Kim has provided a safe place for individuals and families to reflect and experience personal growth. She values the uniqueness of each individual’s journey, and supports people of all ages as they become empowered to reach their goals.
As a Christian counsellor, Kim is experienced in helping people with struggles related to trauma, separation/divorce, anxiety, depression, attachment, parent-child, and family conflict, all through the lens of evidence-based practice and the Gospel. She is a certified Grief Educator, and is trained in, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Collaborative Problem Solving.
Alongside her husband, Mike Morency, and on her own, Kim provides engaging workshops and lectures on a wide array of topics.

Stephanie Ferrari is the administrative assistant and event planner for Feeding Windsor-Essex. In her previous work for Commissionaires Canada and as a travel agent, Stephanie developed strong skills for conflict management and public relations.

Rodger Fordham
Rodger Fordham is the executive director of Feeding Windsor-Essex which is based out of New Song Church. Prior to his previous work as the kitchen coordinator at Downtown Mission, he had a career as a restauranteur and bar owner. Rodger has become a trusted leader in municipal agencies and in the faith community.

Nelly Latchman
Nelly is a Mission Canada worker focused on students at the University of Windsor. Nelly is also young adult pastor at Parkwood Gospel Church where she leads her peers in spiritual formation. Some of her work related to the University included operating Zoe Manor, an intentional Christian community house for female students.

Timothy Meisenheimer
Timothy Meisenheimer recently retired from Ottawa Mission where he served as the senior manager of chaplaincy services. Prior to that he was the founder and director of Capital City Mission (Ottawa). Tim has a deep connection to street affiliated people and a passionate faith as an urban missionary.

Executive Director of Matthew House Refugee Centre
Mike Morency
Mike is Executive Director of Matthew House Refugee Centre which provides temporary shelter and settlement services for Refugee Claimants. He is a team pastor at New Song Church and a frequent speaker at conferences and retreats. Mike is passionate about helping the people of God find ways to “live out” Christ in the world.
He is also Lead Strategist for Synergistic Solution Groups where he assists churches and community charities develop effective strategies to increase their impact.

Director of OSR Clinics
Malini Ondrovcik, M.A., RP, C.C.C.
Malini is a Registered Psychotherapist, and is the Clinical Director at OSR Clinics. She specializes in the provision of culturally competent treatment in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, as well as other mental health and educational issues. Malini has extensive experience in the treatment and assessment of First Responders, and is qualified as an expert witness within the context of trauma and personal injury.
Malini is a mother, wife, and passionate advocate for the rights of others both in a professional setting and in daily life. She is visually impaired, and through a variety of lived experiences has learned the importance of speaking up for one’s self and others.

Coordinator of the Soup Shack by Feeding Windsor-Essex
Bobby Reaume
Bobby Reaume is giving back to the crowd he once lived among as a homeless addict. Through divine intervention, he found himself returning to Windsor and entering a Christian recovery program that set him free from the past and a life of addiction. His vibrant faith in Jesus compels him to live a life of giving back.

Kevin & Paula Saunders
Kevin Saunders is a team pastor at New Song Church and former pastor of Lifeline Church. With a history of providing sidewalk church downtown and serving on the chaplaincy team of Downtown Mission, Kevin brings gracious sensitivity to spiritual formation.
Paula Saunders (Kevin’s wife) works at the Drouillard Place EarlyON Child and Family Centre providing programming and mentorship to young families. She engenders warm hospitality in the Glengarry neighbourhood.
