Nurturing healthy and resilient teams through grief training, conflict resolution, and spiritual supports. Leading ongoing engagement with organizational culture rooted in the Christian faith.
The Scriptures have much to teach us about disability, community and accommodation. Keith will bring us a fresh look at how we engage in the lives of people that are differently enabled.

Cultural Language Coordinator with Mission Canada
Charles Hermelink
Charles serves as the New Worker Onboarding and Development Specialist, and Coordinator for Mission Canada’s Cultural Language Groups. His focus is to mobilize new workers and strategically see them positioned to reach newcomers to Canada, refugees, and those with various cultural backgrounds and worldviews.

Kevin Rogers
Kevin has a long history of urban ministry and is the founding pastor of New Song Church in Windsor, ON. Life among the poor has shaped a ‘Beatitudes heart’ and a deep respect for the image of God in each person.
Additionally Kevin is Urban Ministries Coordinator for Mission Canada. His heart longs for the day when the downtown core of our urban centres are filled with new disciple-making communities and compassion entrepreneurship.
Kevin also is the host of Sidewalk Skyline Podcast – a podcast showing how God is at work in Canadian cities.

Bob is Director of the Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative, a faith-based mission to enhance the wellbeing of life in the downtown parish. Bob is a community builder and pastor at heart with an active vision to promote good neighbouring.

Elizabeth is President of Urban Cry School of Mission where she ensures that students maximize their academic opportunities and are well equipped for ministry.
Elizabeth is also part of the Teaching Team at New Song Church

Mike Morency
Mike is Executive Director of Matthew House Refugee Welcome Centre which provides temporary shelter and settlement services for Refugee Claimants. He is a team pastor at New Song Church and a frequent speaker at conferences and retreats. Mike is passionate about helping the people of God find ways to “live out” Christ in the world.
He is also Lead Strategist for Synergistic Solution Groups where he assists churches and community charities develop effective strategies to increase their impact.
